As a health coach, registered nurse and Level 1 and 2 Square 1 System practitioner who has experience in both the conventional and wholistic arenas, I have had the unique experience of learning from some of the best in both worlds. That being said, here is what I offer at this time:

Basic Health Optimization Plan (HOP) Package

Anthony will partner with the client to secure a high-quality nutritional supplement protocol and provide basic healthy eating strategies for the client. (Price will vary depending on the supplement program needed for the client). 

Silver Health Optimization Plan (HOP) Package

(This package includes the elements of the basic plan but also includes additional time to receive additional 1:1 personalized health coaching) (see below for more information).

With this plan, Anthony will partner with the client to develop a personalized plan based on the unique needs of the client. Anthony will partner with the client to secure a high-quality nutritional supplement protocol and provide basic healthy eating, physical activity, and behavioral modification strategies, etc. (Includes 2 hours of personalized health coaching each month) ($60 dollars per month plus cost of nutritional supplements). 

Gold Health Optimization Plan (HOP)

(This package includes the elements of the silver plan but also includes the time Anthony will spend connecting with one of his top wholistic physician contacts for additional valuable feedback (see below for more information).

With this plan, Anthony will partner with the client to develop a personalized plan based on the unique needs of the client. Anthony will partner with the client to secure a high-quality nutritional supplement protocol and provide basic healthy eating, physical activity, and behavioral modification strategies, etc. With this plan, Anthony can connect with one of the top wholistic physicians to receive some valuable feedback to further optimize the client's health (this connection with the wholistic physician is anonymous and not to be misconstrued as doctor/patient relationship but rather to receive feedback from one of the more experienced, successful naturopathic physicians in the world who Anthony has known and trusted for years). (Includes 2 hours of personalized health coaching each month and 1 connection with wholistic physician per month ($80 dollars per month plus cost of nutritional supplements). 

Square 1 System Neurological Organization/Sensory Integration Sessions 

(Anthony is a Level 1 and Level 2-Certified Square 1 System Practitioner)  

Neurological organization (via the SQUARE 1 System) is a wholistic framework which helps our wellness community tremendously! This new groundbreaking non invasive framework is offered in one hour private sessions.   

We’ve all been taught there are five senses, namely, sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch. Now, let’s permit ourselves a moment to consider 2 others, namely, balance (vestibular system) and positional awareness (proprioception). Did you know that three of our senses (vision, positional awareness, and balance) are responsible for posture and movement?    

Whether you are a grandparent enjoying a largely sedentary lifestyle or even an elite athlete looking for an edge, we all have very certain and integral physical movement requirements.

 Establishing that, this is where sensory integration comes in. Sensory integration is the process by which we receive information through our senses, organize the information, and use it to participate in everyday activities such as standing up, sitting down, walking, and even the most complex physical movement patterns.       

With neurological organization sessions we can identify deficiencies within your sensory integration. We use our senses of sight, balance, & positional awareness, to create basic posture-movements, such as standing up, sitting, walking, and all physical movement patterns. When those 3 senses are properly integrated, very solid, strong, pain free, and flexible outcomes are produced.   

Unfortunately, we live in an imperfect world. Past stress, trauma, and injury compromise the electrical signals which regulate & integrate our senses. Pain, weakness, & muscular tightness are all common expressions of poor sensory integration. It is estimated that for approximately 90 to 95 percent of in-pain people, sensory integration deficits are the root source. These are our candidates that benefit most from this system.
